Service terms.
This page summarises the proposed service. A written proposal and agreement will confirm the scope before any work begins. Sending an enquiry does not enter you into a subscription.
The managed website service
From R1,490 per month, with a 12-month initial term and no large upfront build fee. The agreed scope covers website design, hosting, maintenance, backups, SSL/security and reasonable agreed content updates within the existing website structure.
The standard service covers your public-facing website. Advertising, social media management, SEO campaigns, parent portals and school management software are outside its scope.
Your content
Your school retains ownership of its domain, brand assets, photos, supplied copy and school information. You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and for permission to publish it, including content involving children.
Changes
Content changes are agreed within the existing website structure. New functionality or a change in scope needs a separate agreement. Updates are not unlimited.
Cancellation and handover
Cancellation, notice, early termination and website handover terms are still being confirmed. They will be set out in the written agreement before launch.
Before an agreement
VAT treatment, any additional fees, payment terms and the final service agreement must be confirmed in writing. The example school on this website is fictional and is not a client endorsement.
