Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares an email. It does not submit your details to a server, store them in your browser or send them to Fractl automatically. You choose whether to open your email app and send the message. Your email provider’s terms apply to that step.
When you email us, we receive the contact and school information you include. We use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service. Please send only the information needed for that conversation.
Website operation
The website loads fonts and images from its own host. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are configured in this build. The hosting service may process normal request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and protect the site.
Children’s information
Do not send children’s identity numbers, medical information or detailed records through an enquiry. This service does not provide an admissions system or parent portal.
Before supplying content for a school website, the client must confirm that it has permission to provide and publish any photographs or personal information involving children. Fractl does not obtain parental consent on the school’s behalf.
Your requests
Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. We will review the request and any obligations that apply.
Policy completion
The business’s legal identity, provider details, retention periods and full POPIA procedures are still being confirmed. These details must be finalised before Fractl starts accepting client work.
