Do we need to replace our current domain?
No. Existing domains can normally be retained. We review access and any current email services before making changes.
What if we already have a website?
Fractl can redesign and replace an existing site while keeping the domain where practical.
What do we need to provide?
A logo or branding if available, photos, school information, programmes, staff details, fees, enrolment information and any existing copy.
Can you update staff, fees and photos later?
Yes. Reasonable agreed content updates within the existing website structure are part of the managed service.
Do we need to get on calls?
No. Fractl is async by default. Most communication, reviews and updates happen through email and online feedback. Calls can be arranged if genuinely needed.
Do you manage social media or advertising?
No. Fractl focuses specifically on designing, hosting and managing your website.
Can you build a parent portal?
Not as part of the standard service. Fractl keeps the service focused on the public-facing website.
Who owns our domain, photos and school content?
The school retains ownership of its domain, brand assets, photos, supplied copy and school information.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancellation terms are still being confirmed. These will be agreed in writing before work begins.
